  • Australian butter, for spreading
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 1 slice of white bread
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 2 slices Australian cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

  1. Lightly butter bread. Place lettuce and cheese between one layer and tomato, cucumber and alfalfa in the other. Cut in half, wrap in paper or plastic and serve with banana and 300ml of milk.
