Custard Tart with Fresh Fruits

  • 12 sheets filo pastry
  • Australian light evaporated milk, for brushing
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups Australian light evaporated milk, extra
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • fresh fruit, for serving

  1. 1 Layer filo sheets together, brushing in between with milk. Press into a quiche dish and trim the edges with scissors.
  2. 2. Beat the eggs, sugar and milk together, pour into filo case and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until custard has set. Allow to cool.   Slice into wedges and serve with fruit.
