Cucumber and Walnut Dip

Serves 6, Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 250g Australian cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Australian thickened cream
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • pepper, to taste
  • tabasco sauce, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh snipped chives

Method

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and blend in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Accompany with vegetable crudites and crackers.
