Crispy Asparagus Rolls


  • White or wholemeal bread slices
  • Australian cream cheese spread
  • Grated Australian cheddar cheese
  • Asparagus spears
  • Australian butter, melted

  1. Remove the crusts from the bread and roll out thinly. Spread with cream cheese, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then place on asparagus spear diagonally across the bread. Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick. Brush with melted butter and bake at 200C for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
