Creamy Salmon Bake

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 6 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 x 470g can salmon, drained
  • 1 x 310g can corn kernels, drained
  • 1 cup cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 cup Australian cream
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Australian cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

Method

  1. Combine vegetables, salmon and corn. Blend in soup and cream until well combined. Season to taste. Pour into a 20cm ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese and paprika. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
