Creamy Dreamy Chocolate Fondue

Serves 4


  • 1 1/2 cups pink and white marshmallows
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 300g Swiss-style milk chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup Australian thickened cream

  1. 1. Arrange the marshmallows, bananas and strawberries on a serving plate
  2. 2. Place chocolate pieces and cream in a bowl.  Place over a saucepan of simmering water and stir frequently until chocolate is melted. Pour mixture into a fondue pot.
  3. 3. Transfer the fondue pot to the table and keep warm over a tea-light burner. Serve with accompaniments to dip into the fondue.

Tips / Handy Hints

Tea-light burners work best with chocolate and custard fondues to prevent burning.
