Cornflake and Coconut Fingers

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cornflakes
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 125g Australian butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. 1. Combine cornflakes, coconut and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Combine melted butter and honey and add to cornflake mixture.  Mix well.
  3. 3. Spread mixture into a lightly buttered 20cm x 25cm slab pan and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into fingers.
