  • 1 grapefruit, segmented
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 1/2 cup Australian low fat creamed cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons toasted muesli
  • honey (optional)

  1. Divide the grapefruit and orange segments between two breakfast bowls. Top each with cottage cheese and muesli. Drizzle with honey if desired. N.B. - To save time in the morning the grapefruit and orange segments can be prepared the night before,covered and refrigerated.
