  • 2 tablespoons Australian butter
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 apples, sliced into wedges
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 200g Australian low fat natural yogurt, for serving

  1. Place the butter, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon into a frying pan. Heat until butter melts and add apples and bananas. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve with yogurt or as an alternative, ice cream.
