Cinnamon Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup freshly brewed black coffee
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 400ml Australian whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, for dusting

Method

  1. 1. Pour coffee, sugar, ice and milk into a blender.
  2. 2. Blend for 1 minute until ice is crushed and mixture is very frothy. Pour into glasses and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately with a thick straw.
