Cinnamon Cappuccino Freddo

Serves 4


  • 8 fresh shots espresso coffee
  • sugar, to taste, if desired
  • ice, for serving
  • 600ml chilled Sungold 'O Frothy One'
  • cinnamon, for dusting

  1. 1. Sweeten espresso with sugar to taste and cool slightly.
  2. 2. Place a couple of ice cubes into each serving glass and pour over espresso.
  3. 2. Foam the milk using a stick blender, manual frother or frappé machine. Top espresso with cold foamed milk and dust with cinammon.
