Chocolate Sultana Slice

  • 90g Australian butter
  • 400g can Australian sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups rice bubbles
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 90g chocolate, chopped

    1. Combine butter and condensed milk in a saucepan and gently bring to the boil.
    2. Combine cocoa, oats, rice bubbles, sultanas, coconut and chocolate in a bowl. 
    3. Stir in melted butter mixture. Spread into a buttered and lined 20cm x 30cm lamington pan and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Cool, slice into squares.
