Chocolate Ripple Log

Serves 8


  • 1 packet chocolate ripple biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups Australian thickened cream, whipped
  • lollies or fruit for decoration

  1. Sandwich the biscuits together with cream. Arrange on a plate to form a log shape. Completely cover with cream. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Decorate as desired to make faces, animals or creations for children. Cut on angle to serve.
