Chocolate Pecan Slice

  • 125g Australian butter
  • 2 cups plain sweet biscuits, crushed
  • 1 x 400g can Australian sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate bits
  • 1 cup pecan nuts, roughly chopped
  • melted dark chocolate, extra for garnish
  • whole pecans, extra for garnish

  1. Place butter into a 22cm x 30cm microwavesafe dish and melt on High for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Add biscuit crumbs and combine with butter. Press into the base of the dish. Pour condensed milk onto the crust. Sprinkle with chocolate bits and pecan nuts. Cook on Medium-High for 10 minutes. Allow to cool then garnish with extra melted chocolate and whole pecans. Slice into squares.
