Chocolate Hazelnut Cream

Serves 6


  • 300ml Australian thickened cream
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (optional)
  • 6 butternut snap biscuits, roughly crushed
  • 50g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup choc-bits or chopped chocolate

  1. 1. Lightly whip cream with Grand Marnier. Stir through remaining ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Serve with fresh fruit or use as a filling in pastry or chocolate cases.
