Chocolate Custard Fudge

  • 150ml Australian chocolate custard
  • 150g Australian butter
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 50g honey
  • 450g caster sugar

  1. Place ingredients into a heavy based saucepan and stir over a low heat until sugar dissolves. Raise the temperature and boil gently for 10-12 minutes, or until the mixture will form into small balls when dropped into cold water. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Beat mixture until it begins to thicken. Pour into a buttered and lined 20 x 15cm pan, mark into squares and cut when cold.
