Chocolate Banana Milkshake

  • 2 cups reduced fat milk
  • 200g tub reduced fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ripe large banana
  • 2 tablespoons milo
  • extra milo, to garnish

  1. 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Divide evenly between 2 glasses and serve immediately sprinkled with extra milo.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes If you are on the run, flavoured milk and a banana makes a great alternative to this milkshake.
