Chockie-Bickie Shake



  • 1 chocolate coated biscuit
  • 250ml Australian reduced fat milk, chilled
  • 1 scoop Australian chocolate or vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate topping, to taste

  1. 1. Smash the choc- biscuit with a rolling pin in a plastic bag.
  2. 2. Pour the milk into an empty bottle, spoon in the ice cream and squirt in some chocolate topping. 3. Put the lid on the bottle and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! until the milkshake is really frothy.
  3. 4. Pour milkshake into a chilled glass and sprinkle with choc -biscuit.
