Choc-orange Mousse

  • 1 x 600ml carton Australian chocolate custard
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 4 egg whites
  • 300ml Australian thickened cream, whipped
  • 2 x 30g Cadbury Flake bars, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier

  1. Without boiling, gently warm custard. Dissolve gelatine in hot water and fold through custard. Allow to cool. Beat egg whites to a stiff peak stage. Beat cream until thickened. Fold cream, Flake bars and Grand Marnier through custard and then fold in egg whites. Pour mixture into glass serving bowls and refrigerate until firm.
