Chicken Wraps

Serves 2 adults and 2 children


  • 10g Australian Butter
  • 400g chicken thigh fillets, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato puree
  • 8 tortillas, warmed
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Australian Cheddar Cheese
  • Australian Sour Cream, for serving

  1. 1. Heat butter in a frying pan and cook chicken in batches until golden and cooked through.
  2. 2. Return all chicken and juices to pan and add sauces and tomato puree. Cook until thickened slightly.
  3. 3. Top warm tortillas with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes and cheese and roll up. Serve sour cream on the side.

Tips / Handy Hints

The kids will love this recipe. Serve in mini dinner rolls or pocket pita breads, for easier handling or, even over rice.
