Chef's Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups gourmet salad mix
  • 1 large red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 medium continental cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch celery, sliced
  • 250g ham, cubed
  • 250g Australian feta cheese, cubed
  • 250g Australian Swiss-style cheese, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salad dressing

Method

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss with dressing just prior to serving.
