Cheesy Wrap n Roll

Serves 2


  • 100g can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 2 teaspoons reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 30g baby spinach leaves
  • 2 pieces wholemeal mountain bread
  • 1/2 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 60g reduced fat Australian cheddar cheese, cut into sticks

  1. 1. Combine tuna and mayonnaise.
  • 2. Place spinach leaves down the centre of the length of the mountain bread. Top with tuna mix, carrot, cucumber and cheese sticks.
  • 3. Roll up firmly from the longer end, slice in half diagonally and wrap in a coloured napkin to serve.
