Cheesey Noodle Spiders

  • 1 x 72g packet 2 minute noodles, cooked without flavouring
  • 3/4 cup grated Australian reduced fat cheddar cheese

  1. 1. Use kitchen scissors to roughly snip noodles into short lengths, toss with cheese and divide into 10 piles on a baking paper lined tray.
  2. 2. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Cool on tray for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Serve warm or cool.

Tips / Handy Hints

Cheesey Noodle Spiders are a great afterschool snack or the perfect accompaniment to a bowl of warm soup. These spiders are best served on the day they are made but will keep in an airtight container in a cool dry place for a day. Refresh for 3-5 minutes in a warm oven before serving if desired. Try adding the following flavour variations for these noodle spiders: Chopped spring onion and coriander Freshly snipped chives Curry powder and chopped spring onion
