Cheesey Corn Crunchies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kellogg's Cornflakes cereal, crushed
  • 1/2 cup grated Australian reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • paprika or cayenne pepper, for sprinkling

Method

  1. Combine the cornflakes, cheese, flour, egg whites and dried chives together. Using your hands, form tablespoonsfuls of mixture into rounds and place on a scone tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with paprika or cayenne pepper. Bake at 200oC for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
