Cheesey Balls

  • 1 tablespoon Australian butter
  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour, sifted
  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1 cup Australian cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Australian milk

  1. Rub butter into flour. Add oats and cheese. Pour in milk and mix well. Roll mixture into balls and place on a buttered scone tray. Bake at 200oC for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and store in an airtight container.
