Cheese and Noodle Toss

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups bow noodles, cooked
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil
  • 1 cup grated Australian cheddar cheese
  • 1 x 50g can anchovy fillets, halved
  • 2 tablespoons prepared French dressing

Method

  1. In a salad bowl combine together the noodles, zucchini, tomato halves, basil and grated cheese. Place anchovies in salad. Pour in the French dressing and toss gently.
