Cheddar Chips

  • 2 Lebanese pita bread, split
  • 2 cups grated Australian cheddar cheese

  1. Using scissors, cut each pita half into 16 wedges. Place on baking trays and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes until golden and the cheese has melted. To serve, place 6 chips each into 10 paper bags. Store in an airtight container.
