  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 2 tablespoons Australian Cream Cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 lettuce leaves

  1. 1. Cut crusts from bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
  2. 2. Spread with cream cheese and top with ham and lettuce.
  3. 3. Roll up firmly and cut into wheels.
  4. Alternative Filling:
  5. *cream cheese and grated carrot

Tips / Handy Hints

If you buy your bread from the baker ask them to slice the loaf lengthways so that you get extra long slices of bread! Get children involved by letting them roll out the bread.
