These rolls make a great alternative to sandwiches as they are easy to hold for toddler's fingers.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 lettuce leaves

METHOD

  1. Cut crusts from bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
  2. Spread with cream cheese and top with ham and lettuce.
  3. Roll up firmly and cut into wheels.
Alternative Filling
  1. *cream cheese and grated carrot

HANDY TIPS

If you buy your bread from the baker ask them to slice the loaf lengthways so that you get extra long slices of bread! Get children involved by letting them roll out the bread.
