Casa Gourmet Yoghurt with Divine Mango and Summer Fruits in Kaffir Lime Syrup

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves, finely shredded
  • 1 kg summer fruits (mango, blueberries, raspberries,
  • lychees, watermelon, pineapple)
  • 300g tub Casa Gourmet Yoghurt with Divine Mango

  1. 1. Heat sugar, water and lime juice in a saucepan, stirring until
  2. sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer
  3. for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Cool completely before
  4. stirring in lime leaves, stand for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. 2. Arrange fruit on a serving platter, drench in lime syrup and
  6. serve with mango yoghurt.
