Ingredients

  • 2 cups Australian thickened cream
  • 2 cups caster sugar

Method

  1. Bring cream and caster sugar to the boil. Continue to cook, stirring until a caramel colour, approx. 30 minutes. Pour into a foil-lined 15cm square cake tin. Cool, then chill, and cut into shapes. Decorate with nuts or crystallised flowers.
