Ingredients

  • 1 small cantaloupe (750g)
  • 1 1/2 cups Australian vanilla ice cream, softened
  • cinnamon

Method

  1. 1. Puree cantaloupe until smooth.
  2. 2. Add ice cream and a shake of cinnamon and blend until light and fluffy.
  3. 3. Serve immediately in tall chilled glasses.
