Ingredients

  • 1 banana, roughly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Australian natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup Australian milk
  • 2 teaspoons wheatgerm
  • Cinnamon, for sprinkling

Method

  1. Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and puree till smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Tip: Ideal served with a toasted wholemeal muffin and poached egg.
