Ingredients

  • 1 banana, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Australian low fat natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup (250ml) Australian reduced fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons wheatgerm
  • cinnamon, for dusting

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a chilled glass, and dust with cinnamon.
