Ingredients

  • 1 cup reduced fat natural yogurt
  • 1 cup reduced fat milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 passionfruit, halved, pulp removed, to garnish

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients except passionfruit until smooth, pout into chilled glasses and serve topped with passionfruit.

Tips / Handy Hints

For a berry twist, add 1/2 cup frozen raspberries to the blender.
