Brandied Chestnut Mousse

Serves 4


  • 1 cup canned chestnut puree
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 cup Australian cream, semi-whipped
  • melted chocolate, for garnish
  • orange segments, for garnish

  1. Beat chestnut puree until smooth, add sugar and brandy and beat until well combined. Fold in cream. Spoon into 4 individual glasses and refrigerate. Garnish with a drizzle of melted chocolate and orange segments.
