Blueberry and Banana Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 2/3 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat spreadable cream cheese
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons choc-chips

Method

  1. 1. Mix flour and yogurt together until combined and knead lightly into a ball. Rest for 5-10 minutes.
  2. 2. Roll dough out into 1 large, or two smaller rounds. Spread with cream cheese and top with banana, blueberries and choc-chips.
  3. 3. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until light golden.
