Bircher Muesli

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 250ml apple and mango juice
  • 2 granny smith, peeled and grated
  • 2 x 200g tubs Australian low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • nectarine slices to serve

Method

  1. 1. Combine oats, juice and grated apple. Cover and leave to soak for 1 hour or overnight.
  2. 2. Stir through yogurt, cinnamon and hazelnuts. Spoon into serving bowls.
  3. 3. Garnish with blueberries and nectarines. Serve.
