One of the most used recipes by the Dairy Kitchen team, this breakfast is perfect for the working girl (or boy) as it keeps very well in the fridge over several days and can be eaten easily on the run or at your desk.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g natural muesli
  • 60g wheat flakes
  • 1 apple, peeled and grated
  • 600g tub low fat or skim fruit yoghurt
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into strips
  • pulp of 2 passionfruit
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted

METHOD

  1. Combine muesli, flakes, apple and half the yoghurt in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Divide cereal into four serving bowls. Top evenly with remaining yoghurt, mango, passionfruit pulp and flaked almonds. Serve.
