Best Ever Porridge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3 cups Australian reduced fat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sultanas
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • cinnamon, to sprinkle
  • extra Australian milk, for serving

Method

  1. 1. Heat oats, milk, water and sultanas in a saucepan, over low heat, stirring continuously. Simmer for 5-8 minutes or until mixture has thickened and oats are tender.
  2. 2. Serve immediately with banana, honey, cinnamon and extra milk.
