  • 1/3 cup berries (eg.strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, loganberries)
  • 1/3 cup Australian milk
  • 1/3 cup Australian thickened cream
  • sugar, to taste
  • extra berries and mint sprigs, for garnish

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and frothy. Pour into a long glass and garnish with extra berries and mint.
