Beef Fillet with a Creamy Blue Cheese Topping

  • 100g Australian blue cheese, crumbled
  • 100g Australian cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 4 x 125g beef eye-fillet steaks, trimmed, chargrilled and kept warm
  • char grilled vegetables or crisp garden salad, for serving

  1. 1. Combine blue cheese and cream cheese, add breadcrumbs and mix until well combined.
  2. 2. Top cooked steaks with cheese mixture and place under a hot grill for 3 minutes or until cheese topping lightly browns.
  3. 3. Serve steaks with char grilled vegetables or crisp garden salad.
