Banana Ripple Parfait

Serves 6


  • 3/4 cup Australian cream
  • 1 cup Australian natural yogurt
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 250g chocolate ripple biscuits, finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup Australian cream, whipped, extra
  • 6 strawberries, halved

  1. Whip cream until stiff and fold through the yogurt, banana and sugar. Place alternate layers of biscuit crumbs and banana cream mixture into parfait glasses, finishing with crumbs. Garnish with extra cream and 2 strawberry halves.
