Ingredients

  • 1 cup Australian milk, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons Australian flavoured yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons wheat germ
  • 4 apricot halves
  • 6 ice cubes
  • cinnamon, for sprinkling

Method

  1. Place all ingredients except ice into a blender container and blend until light and fluffy. Add ice cubes and blend until crushed. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
