Banana Frozen Yogurt

Makes 2 litres


  • 1 x 500g Australian vanilla yogurt
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1 x 375g can Australian reduced fat evaporated milk, chilled

  1. Mix yogurt, banana and sugar until well combined. Beat evaporated milk until thick and creamy and fold in yogurt mixture. Pour into ice cream tray and freeze for 2 hours. Beat again until frothy and return to the freezer until firm.
