Ingredients

  • 100g Australian reduced fat fruit yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Australian skim milk
  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

Method

  1. 1. Blend ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
    2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
