INGREDIENTS

  • 100g reduced fat fruit yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

METHOD

  1. Blend ingredients together in a blender until smooth.2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
