Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Australian skim milk
  • 1/2 cup Australian natural set yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 4 pitted prunes

Method

  1. 1. Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour into two tall, chilled glasses and serve immediately.
