Banana and Honey Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, roughly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Australian natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup Australian milk
  • cinnamon

Method

  1. Place the banana, yogurt, honey and milk into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
