Baked Potatoes with Double Cheese Filling

  • 1 baked potato
  • 60g Australian cottage cheese, mixed with chopped onion and chives to taste
  • 25g Australian cheddar cheese
  • coleslaw (optional)

  1. Cut open baked potato, top with the two cheeses and coleslaw. Serve for lunch or as part of a main meal. Great with a barbecue.
