Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 125g Australian creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
