Avocado and Sesame Seed Dip

Makes 2 cups


  • 125g Australian cream cheese
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Australian sour cream
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and blend in avocado. Add remaining ingredients and combine well. Spoon into a serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving. Serve with vegetable crudites and crackers.
