Apricot and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Australian natural set yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Australian chilled milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • cinnamon sugar, for dusting

Method

  1. 1. Combine apricots and hot water and stand for 10 minutes. Drain the apricots and place in a blender with the banana and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour into serving glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve.
